Monthly subscriptions
You may request cancellation at any time by emailing info@oneconstruct.ai from the email on your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access normally remains available through the end of the already-paid billing period. We do not charge a cancellation fee. Refunds for a current billing period are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
One-time digital packs
You may cancel before custom work begins by emailing us with your order or payment reference. If work has not started, we will cancel the order and refund the amount paid. Work is considered started only after we confirm the start in writing. If work has started, any refund is assessed against the undelivered portion and the agreed scope.
Appointments and consultations
Please request a cancellation or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled start. For a request made later or a missed appointment, we will explain any work already performed or third-party cost that was disclosed and approved before payment; no undisclosed cancellation charge will be added.
Project and professional services
You may cancel an ongoing service in writing. You remain responsible only for work completed up to the confirmed cancellation date and third-party costs that were disclosed and approved before payment. Any unearned prepaid balance will be returned in line with the Refund Policy.
How to request cancellation
Email info@oneconstruct.ai with your name, account email, service or plan, payment reference if available, and requested cancellation date. We will confirm receipt and the effective date in writing. Refunds, when due, are sent through the original payment method where supported; provider processing times may vary.
Changes or service interruption
If OneConstruct.AI needs to cancel a service or cannot provide the purchased access, we will notify you and offer the applicable refund or another option for your approval. Your statutory rights are not limited by this policy.
