What we provide
OneConstruct.AI provides software access, structured project workflows, design and review support, evidence organization, property-operation workflows, and agreed marketplace or professional coordination. The exact deliverable is the scope confirmed with the customer.
Customer responsibility
Customers must provide accurate information, hold the rights needed for any files they share, review assumptions, and obtain any approvals or licensed professional sign-offs required for their project.
Professional services
A professional profile or document is not automatically verified by the platform. Where a licensed professional is engaged, credentials, scope, responsibility, and acceptance must be confirmed in the project record.
Payment
Payment is requested only after the scope and PKR amount are confirmed. The payment gateway is used to collect that approved amount and issue a payment reference. A payment does not replace a contract, permit, inspection, or professional sign-off.
Changes and liability
Timelines and outcomes depend on the agreed scope, customer inputs, third parties, site conditions, and approvals. We will identify known assumptions and changes rather than presenting estimates as guarantees.
