No. Subscriptions cover software access. Design, review, permit, and professional work is either listed as a digital pack or agreed in a written scope.
When is payment taken?
Only after the customer approves the scope, delivery method, timing, and total price. The confirmation includes a payment reference.
Do you ship physical products?
Most purchases are digital or service-based. A physical item is only arranged when the written scope names the item, delivery location, charge, and timing.
Are professionals automatically verified?
No. Credentials and responsibility must be reviewed and recorded. The platform never presents an unverified professional as licensed.
